I have a wide range of skills across a variety of industries from hospitality to home improvement, fuel and even pet retail and vet services, with a real focus on leading and investing in people to deliver outstanding business outcomes.
Before joining the team at Iridium I held the role of Chief Operating Officer for Animates Holdings NZ Limite...d and Vetcare NZ Limited. Prior to this I was the Retail Sales Manager for Z Energy Limited responsible for the operation of around 240 service stations across New Zealand. I have also held senior roles with Bunnings New Zealand, Starbucks Coffee (Restaurant Brands Limited) and Mitre 10 NZ, where I was responsible for store operations and Member recruitment / store transition.
During this time I have also developed many business operating systems to improve efficiency and productivity, ranging from Business Intelligence to Intranets, E-learning, Human Resources Management Systems, Workforce Management and Project Management tools with automated workflow systems. I have a real passion for developing systems that allow people to focus on what clearly matters to achieve business outcomes.
I have a unique ability to understand business requirements quickly and effectively translate that into simple, easy to operate systems for teams that allow them to focus on core business tasks.

With over 15 years’ experience in franchising, I have held roles as the General Manager of Mariposa Restaurant Holdings Ltd (the business behind Mexicali Fresh and Burger W...isconsin) and General Manager of Business Development at Columbus Coffee NZ. And more latterly, Chief Operating Officer of Cobb Group Ltd. (the company now behind Cobb & Co.).
I understand franchise systems and the New Zealand landscape. I have seen and overseen it all, while remaining practical and hands-on. However, I have found that my passion lies in franchise business development and helping individuals succeed in franchised businesses.
